PARAGON DYNAMICS OPENS 12,000 ft ENGINEERING & DEVELOPMENT CENTER July 26th, 2007
We are pleased to announce the Grand Opening of our expanded operations, engineering and development facility located in Aurora, Colorado.

The facility consists of: 1,000 square foot climate/humidity controlled development lab with 13 ton cooling capacity, 16KVA power backup system, and a FM200 Halon fire suppression system. The DevLab has special access controls and will be connected to a high-data rate pipe. The facility is DCID 6/9, NSTISSAM Tempest 1-92, and STC 45 compliant with UL 2050 Certified Security Systems.
The extensive build-out has gone as planned and the added development and engineering capabilities will position the company for significant growth over the next 6 to 18 months. We will be operational on July 10th, 2007 and expect full connectivity by October 2007. We are excited about the improvements and growth opportunities this new facility will enable us to share with you; our loyal customers, clients and partners.

Zanett’s Paragon Dynamics Government Division on Winning Team for Department of Homeland Security multi-billion dollar Acquisition Program.
NEW YORK, NEW YORK and DENVER, COLORADO – January 26, 2007 – Zanett, Inc. (NasdaqCM: ZANE) announced today that it’s (Paragon Dynamics Government Solutions Division) is on one of the winning teams recently awarded an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide IT services to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security under EAGLE, (Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge solutions).
The EAGLE program will run for five years with two one-year renewal options and a total ceiling of up to $45 billion. This contract will enable the DHS's 22 agencies to more efficiently procure IT support and leverage their collective buying power. Paragon Dynamics is part of a team that will supply services under two of five awarded task order categories:
FC1 – Infrastructure Engineering Design, Development, Implementation and Integration
FC2 – Operations and Maintenance
FC3 – Independent Test, Evaluation, Validation and Verification
FC4 – Software Development
FC5 – Management Support Services.
Paragon Dynamics will perform work under FC4 and FC5 above.

PDI wins Millennium Rollover Y2K contract to support collaboration services for the Department of Energy (DOE). The DOE Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and contingent at the Information Coordination Center (ICC), used the Paragon Dynamics, Inc. collaborative services and tools to allow users to collaborate in real time between disperse team rooms and physical locations as though they were co-located. Users passed time critical data and information to Senior Y2K ICC personnel for information dissemination. PDI helped streamline communication through advanced technology improvements previously limited to capabilities such as e-mails, faxes, and sneakernet.
