Benefit Highlights Medical Insurance
Paragon Dynamics pays 100% of medical insurance premiums for employees and their immediate families.
Dental
Paragon Dynamics pays 100% of dental insurance premiums for employees and their families.
Vision
Paragon Dynamics pays 100% vision insurance premiums for employees and their families.
Disability
Paragon Dynamics provides short-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) insurance at no cost to employees.
Flexible Spending Account
Paragon Dynamics provides a Cafeteria Plan, which permits PDI employees to elect to have up to $5,000 withheld pre-tax for additional medical expenses not otherwise covered by medical, dental or vision insurance.
Life Insurance
One times base salary plus $20,000 term life insurance per employee is provided by Paragon Dynamics. Employees may purchase up to 5 times base salary of optional term life insurance.
401K Plan
The company will match employee contributions, $0.50 to every dollar invested by the employee, up to 8% of an employee's salary.
Tuition Reimbursement
Paragon Dynamics provides employee professional development funding for specific job-related activities and educational tuition reimbursement.
Vacation
Employees accumulate vacation each pay period, starting on the date of hire at the rate of 4.6 hours per pay period (3 weeks per year) for the first three years of service, increasing to 6.16 hours per pay period (4 weeks per year) after three years of service.
Holidays
10 days per year paid: Seven (7) core and three (3) floating holidays.
Sick Time
There is no annual limit to the number of paid sick days an employee may use, within the guidelines of the disability program.
Flex Time
Flextime is available within any calendar month as needed and coordinated.
